Heart Throb: Impossible is Nothing - emily m. randolph fine art

Heart Throb Diptych; 45 x 30

Heart Throb is a mixed-media, abstract diptych - a romantic and vibrant piece that will surely bring joy to your heart. Imagery is first printed on Sintra with UV-cured ink and then hand-finished with champagne fire glass and resin for a shimmering, textured effect.

The RH catalogue arrived Saturday with a thunk. You know what I’m talking about. It’s HUGE.  It seems impossible. Coming from a publishing background, I know the blood, sweat and passion that goes into the creation of these bibles, so I always read the note from the CEO, in this case, Chairman and CEO Gary Friedman. His words are always unexpected, and he didn’t disappoint. He starts off the RH furnishing catalogue with a tribute and long quote from Muhammad Ali. The upshot is, “Impossible is nothing.”

Truer words were never spoken. We give way too much power to ‘impossible.’ Enough. If we don’t say it, it doesn’t exist. If we don’t think it, it can’t get in our way. After years of living someone else’s dreams, I finally realized, too, that impossible is nothing and put on my boxing gloves to live my own life – one of all heart. And in doing so, I found my heart’s desire in not only my vocation but in my life’s partner, my husband Dan. He too has reinforced that impossible is nothing.

Introducing ‘Heart Throb’ – a 45" x 30" diptych printed on Sintra with UV-cured inks and hand-finished with champagne fire rock, resin and passion.

Live your life with all your heart.
